Reception was very bad and treated worse than bad, especially the employee Ali Mansouri treatment was bad in dealing resort level that the crew must be a qualified team to deal with the high and good reception and dealing with guests during the residence was refused entry to the restaurant to deliver the meal was excuse request only from within the resort restaurant We have no prior knowledge from visitors of the Danah Bay Resort from many years that I have never been treated like this.
