I can't express enough how amazing my experience with Abc's of self defense has been. The classes are so much fun and the instructors are incredibly talented. The techniques they teach are practical and effective. I feel empowered and prepared to protect myself now. The atmosphere in the classes is positive and supportive, and I've made some great friends along the way. Abc's of self defense truly goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional self defense training experience.
