One hour of waiting on the phone and they don't answer me.
It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon waiting with the 1st in the queue, for 40 minutes, I have the feeling that they simply did not want to attend to me.
I thank the officials on duty for making it clear to me that they do not have the slightest intention of attending to anyone an hour before their time to end the workday.
