Loved the room,the hotel service was immaculate. The Bistro service wasn't all that great. The host wasn't at the podium when we got down to the dining room,on our way in he told us that the dining room was closing at 8:45p.m we got down there at like:8:25p.m but upon coming back to the hostess station the gentleman said it was too late to ditch anyone that was 8:34 but did deliver to the room,which was fine. Breakfast ordered cereal,no spoon was with silverware and ordered french toast and they didn't bring syrup with it so of course we couldn't eat it without those two. Just a coaching moment to pay attention to when you serve certain foods make sure you include the proper utensils as well as the proper condiments.
