I don't recommend any one to join . They don't help much in marketing for job , if somehow get job with any reference also they take major part of the billing . They don't support employ in critical situations and not even any one respond to emails and phones. No career growth . I seen couple of my friends suffered with this company faced bad situations . RSRIT just makes money from employee , if any visa issue or project ends they don't support the employee . Very bad immigration support team , they don't do things properly and make the employee into trouble if any big issue they leave the situation to employee and no one respond. If any one want to join please think once , while joining they say all good but after joining they don't increase the pay yet all. Very bad HR team and Marketing team . only good is some Employee relationship team persons are good who respond quickly , some of the employee relationship persons don't know anything , make employee panic with there half knowledge. Below five star rating are from some of the India HR team members who don't respond to employee .
