I have mixed feelings about Jyoti Traders - India....

I have mixed feelings about Jyoti Traders - India. The website is great and offers a good variety of products. However, the customer service needs improvement. I faced some issues and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. The delivery was prompt, but the packaging could be better. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
