This Audi branch has nothing to do with German quality.
I changed my crankshaft sensor here and immediately had the service due.
The carpet and the door trim on the driver's side was dirty with oil, so the fitter was not careful.
The lady from the service reception made a completely incompetent and overwhelmed impression.
I always had to call, even though she wanted to call back, she probably forgot and she was never able to answer my questions, she was always talking about the bush.
In the end, she even forgot to fill out the service booklet.

The final bill was also more expensive than discussed by phone with the service manager.
When I asked him about this, he couldn't tell me anything about it and contradicted himself.
I tried several times by email and fax from Germany to contact the gentleman, because I used the offer from the crankshaft sensor in writing for the ADAC because of the reimbursement of costs, because everything was handled by phone at the time.
I have never received a reply.

I cannot recommend this Audi branch, because in a normal workshop for cheaper money you are at least as good, if not better off.
