I recently booked a trip with Travelbound and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and easy, but the quality of service was just okay. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. The accommodations were comfortable, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a decent experience.
