I had a mixed experience with Simple Software Solutions, Inc. While their customer service was prompt and professional, their software did not meet my expectations. I found the user interface to be clunky and unintuitive, and it often took me a lot of time to perform simple tasks. However, I must say that their technical support team was always there to help me resolve any issues I encountered. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
