We worked with Lynn, but our file was transferred to another agent who did not respond to our email, which, long story short, created a huge issue with our insurance provider as we had assumed payment was made but the transaction complete notice they provided did not confirm the payment. This agent did not respond to our inquiries or phone voicemails, resulting in our file going to a 3rd party collection agency. We are now going to be shopping for someone who can handle client files and not let them fall by the wayside. We were not notified when our file was transferred over to this new agent, she did not connect with us to introduce herself, or let us know she was now the point of contact, all in all, terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Having worked in customer service for almost a decade, I know this is not the proper service level and am quickly looking for a way out with other brokers. WHatever it is, DO NOT use brokerlink!
