I had a mixed experience with Fonety Media. The customer service was average at best, but the quality of their work was top-notch. They were able to deliver my project on time and the end result exceeded my expectations. However, there were a few communication issues along the way, and it took longer than expected to get answers to my questions. Overall, I would say it was a decent experience with room for improvement.
