I have lived here for 2 years and throughout that period my two most basic requirements for apt living of quiet and safety have been continuously met.

Dustin, the manager, has always been approachable, calm and willing to listen to any concerns. This past winter after a prolonged period of ice and snow, he made sure that my car was clear to leave the development. I have experienced a number of less than satisfactory apt managers and so far he has truly been the exception.

Similarly, maintenance and repairs are always handled by Jeff in a timely and pleasant manner. He takes the time to explain to me what he is doing so that I, too, can learn from the experience for future reference. Exterior maintenance like pressure washing and landscaping seem to be regularly undertaken so the buildings and grounds look well-kept.

In addition, the location is great for dog owners as it lies within walking distance of the Sammamish River Trail.

I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are apartment hunting in the Bothell/Woodinville area.
