Disappointing attention given to the student.
It is almost impossible for them to answer the phone and if you go to the institute you have to wait in counseling for the concierges to finish talking to their personal phone or to finish talking to each other so that they can attend you correctly. Later, in the secretariat it is better that the man who is there does not give you information because he does not find out anything. Regarding the treatment of the director I have no complaint, since the information he provides is correct and friendly. I make this comment so that the situation improves and that it is taken into account that the people who go there arrive with enthusiasm and want to study and not so that the staff complicates the situation further.
