These guys are fantastic. I saw a bike on their used listings online that I had to check out. I called, left a message, and Jim got back to me the very next day. We scheduled an appointment for the following tuesday and TWO DAYS later I was riding off on my new bike. Both Jim and Rick were extremely professional, polite and friendly. They helped me navigate a trade in, changing banks for financing, insurance, and registration/inspection in a blindingly fast period of time. I had a TON of questions but every time I called in they answered with a smile. I can't say enough good things about the customer service experience I had with them.
