I love the Med Food Cafe! Everything is uncomplicated and fresh using the best ingredients, the service can be random it is like a family is running it not professional wait staff, but it's fine. The Gnocchi with gorgonzola is amazing and the salad with prosciutto peach and gorgonzola is so good I asked the chef how to make it (secret ingredient the pomegrante mollases dressing!) and have made it home a lot now. Always leave with a box full of goodies from the mini supermarket aisles to cook and eat at home. Quite expensive for the size of the dishes.
