Overall, my experience with Rhombic Systems INC has been quite average. The website is user-friendly, but the customer support could use some improvement. I appreciate the timely responses to my queries, but sometimes the solutions provided are not as comprehensive. There is room for improvement in terms of product quality and innovation as well. Nevertheless, I have had satisfactory experiences with their products thus far. 🙂
