I have been a customer of Signal iduna versicherungen for several years now and I must say that their services are really average. Their customer support is good, but their policy terms and conditions are not very clear. I had some problems understanding their coverage options and it took me a while to get it sorted out. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance company.
