The service provided by Overhead Hoist & Crane Specialists, Inc. was average. While they were able to fix the issue with my hoist, the communication was not as clear as I would have liked. The technicians were knowledgeable, but the overall experience could have been better. I appreciate their effort, but I would consider other options for my future hoist and crane needs.
