rip off, incompetent or negligent - either way watch out when you next deal with them - took my car in to them to be repaired - quoted $7,000 plus labour for a repair - i declined and went and bought part 2nd hand for $1,000 - took it to a local repair shop - they repaired it for $700 without using the part - sent an email to audi - have not heard back - i guess they are probably used to it so when you get quoted a large amount for a repair based on my experience i would suggest you get a second opinion. I will not be using them again.
