The experience with johnhowlandarchitect.com was..okay. The architect assigned to my project provided a functional design, but it lacked the wow factor I was expecting. However, the architect was responsive to my feedback and made the necessary revisions. Overall, it was an average experience - not bad but not exceptional either.
