I recently used DMC World Incoming for a trip and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, it was an okay experience.
