A completely unpleasant experience- I'd expect better customer service from a place that charges 3-4x more than other mechanics in the area.

I had to take our car to the dealership with airbag issues that my normal mechanic couldn't handle. The woman who we first dealt with started screeching when she found out I had the oil changed somewhere that wasn't a Mercedes dealership. Literally screeching, "Never go back there!". Anyway, later when we went to pick up the car, the man we dealt with was brusque, but at least we weren't screeched at. It took me less than a minute to program the GPS on my phone after they pulled the car around, and yet one of the valets was hassling me to hurry up and leave. Luckily, the (astronomically expensive) repair to the airbag was covered by insurance, but due to the snooty staff and complete lack of manners I would rather drive all the way to Orlando should the car need dealership repairs in the future.
