It would be great if the employees know at least as much about gate hinges as their customers know. I got now help from a fellow customer than I did from the employee trying to help me, who by the way disappeared to try to find out what I was looking for, but never returned. Thankfully I kept looking and found it on my own after a customer told us what aisle I needed to be looking in... Coastal's employees product knowledge, for lack of better words, sucks big time
