I have been a customer of Global IT Systems for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide the necessary support, there is certainly room for improvement. The turnaround time for resolving issues can be a bit slow at times. However, their team is knowledgeable and always tries their best to assist. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
