I waz excited to stay at the Ace hotel but once we got there, the staff was less than friendly. The room was adequate but nothing fancy. When we left I checked out with the staff. When I got home I noticed they had charged my card about 200 dollars extra for the stay and never refunded my money. I will not be staying here again. I should have stayed at the pod hotel. That is my usual spot when I am in the city and it is a great hotel.
