Started training with Tonnie when Corona came arou...

Started training with Tonnie when Corona came around the corner. I had been working out in a gym for a while and didn't want to give up my progress. Since I train with Tonnie (at the end of March) my progress has only gone faster and he has not only helped me with training, but also with food!

I feel fitter and have also been given exercises that make me more flexible which works to my advantage because I sit a lot for my work. This allows me to do 1 or 2 exercises during my work to restore blood flow. I do Personal Training with Tonnie twice a week and occasionally join the boot camps.

The training schedules are good to maintain, also for training at home / in the gym, but you feel your stamina improving over time.

I was always reluctant to work with a Personal Trainer because I found that many of the same exercises were used and eating schedules were not adapted to your needs. That happened on the fly with Tonnie and that worked for me!

It is very useful to me, so keep training with him often!
