Driver encountered Friday evening 8/11/19 around 5.45 pm who wanted to test my brakes on the E40 just before Boutersem. Still stupid to do that with advertising on the car. I finally had to leave behind me in Boutersem. Was an Audi A3 saloon with a light color.
