Honestly if i could give them less then 1 I would....

Honestly if i could give them less then 1 I would. From the moment my Allstate adjuster walked Terry from Recon through the door I should have known not to use them. Everything was a fight with them from the start to the very end. Communication was horrible, it got to the point that even my adjuster checked out seeing he was the one that bullied me into using his "suggested" contractor. I don't know if they thought if they just did what they wanted I would agree in the end and let it go but they ended up putting a floor down that was half the quality of my previous floor. At their cost they ended up ripping it up and finally laying the original floor I asked for. I had warned them the measurements were wrong on my kitchen that the granite would not fit...."I was wrong" until the granite didn't fit and they needed to replace the granite with new granite to fit....I was out of my house for 3 months while they worked on it. Moved back in June and by November I had had them out there twice to repair 2 walls that had cracked and several boards that had already separated on the floor....O it gets better 5 months after being back in the house the vanity they installed in the upstairs bathroom the suppy-line busted and flooded parts of the first floor again..At this moment in time the investigation is still being worked on to determine if it was human error or if it was a manufactor part error. During this clean up with a new company mold was discovered on the NEW subfloor that had just been laid earlier by Recon 5 months earlier. Allstate sent in a Mold expert who determined the mold was from the first flood and that the sub-flooring was laid over the cement that was still wet which then caused the mold to form. There was also mold found in the second floor bathroom that they had also JUST remolded. Same issue not allowing the work to dry before laying the new subfloor. If it wasn't for this 2nd flood happening we would have never found out that my house had mold form so quickly from the work that had just been done 5 months earlier from Recon. So everything Recon did to my house the first time is now being taken out and replaced. The nightmare that won't go away....I can't even express how horrible it is to deal with them and the see my house ripped apart again do to incorrect workmanship.
