What a shame for a new NH Collection specially with a beautiful property. Rooms are stuffy with AC not working. No food and beverage after 11AM. Fabiana, the Manager decided to not properly compensate for the room with a broken AC. Untrained rude staff with lengthy checkin and checkout. You don t want to risk your stay, specially over a few nights in beautiful Verona. Highly do not recommend.
