I have had an average experience with Field Jonathan. The website jonathanfieldcollection.com has a good design and is easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I would say that Field Jonathan is an average company.
