I recently had a coaching session with Spiritdance and it was truly transformative. The coach was attentive, insightful, and non-judgmental. They helped me gain a new perspective on my challenges and provided practical tools and strategies to overcome them. The coaching session was conducted via Zoom, and despite not being in person, I felt a strong connection with the coach.
