I had an average experience with Concierge travel group. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was pretty straightforward. However, I wasn't overly impressed with the customer service. The response time to my queries was quite slow, and when I did receive a reply, it didn't fully address my concerns. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
