I love working with a small business that gives personalized service. I just loved working with Kathy and Erin. I had the unfortunate experience of leaving a company after five years and getting a new position that I thought would be great. My new job was not great and I ended up leaving that position. I was kind of lost, I worked a seasonal position until mid April. Then, I decided to call Preferred Staffing. I told my story and immediately got a call from Kathy. She really listened to me and felt she wanted to help and cared. I needed to look for a permanent job but also had to run the household with some money. So, Kathy found me a job and I worked for six weeks there. I kept looking and did find another new position starting on June 17th. Thanks to Kathy and Erin they were lifesavers! Preferred is a different agency - they care and listen and do try to place candidates instead of keeping them in the file. I have worked with other agencies and I definitely would highly recommend Preferred! Erin was also very good she let me do paper time sheets since I am not very computer literate and was always understanding calling right back with an answer.
