I had the same opinion before joining the firm. But now I am fully disappointed. I know some persons who have not any professional degree but they are manager or Asst. Manager. I am disclosing the name below:

Niki-Asst. Manager-Application level Pass
Md.................-Sr Mnager-No professional Degree but name should not be disclosed.
Md. ...................Asst. Manager-Incentive CA CC Not even Knowledge level pass Name should not be disclosed.
probably some other persons are manager without having professional degree though I don't know them.

I have disclosed only the MH Group personnel. So mind it, Delwar hossain and Zahidul amin comment was absolutely right.
