The overall experience with Civic technologies has been quite average. The user interface of their website is pretty decent, but there is room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. However, there have been some issues with their service, which have not been adequately addressed. Nonetheless, the company shows potential and I hope they can enhance their offerings in the future.
