This place is a hidden gem in beautiful downtown Portland. Joe is a really nice and patient guy. Joe is genuine like the coins he sells. Joe gave me a really fair price and I couldn't be happier. Fair honest and respectful smart man. Good vibes all together. This place deserves 5 stars!
