Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Called and Dan and explained images and text were distorted. He said to bring in my tower and he would take a look at it right away. Issue was solved immediately.

It's a pleasure to deal with Dan and Jamie who are so pleasant to be around. They are honest and trust-worthy and I would never go anywhere else for computer-related issues.
