The services provided by Home Credit and Finance Bank are satisfactory. The online banking experience is smooth and the app is user-friendly. The bank offers competitive interest rates and has a variety of financial products to choose from. However, I do feel that their customer service could be improved. Overall, my experience with the bank has been average.
