I recently attended a funeral service at Peek Family Colonial Funeral and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was professional and the facilities were clean. However, I felt that the overall atmosphere lacked warmth and compassion. The funeral director seemed a bit distant and detached. I understand that it's a difficult job, but a little more empathy would have been appreciated. Overall, the service provided was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional.
