I had to order some last minute chair covers and sashes for my party . What a luck that I found this company !
Ordering process was super easy - you have a "live assistant " .
Shipping is free with orders over $125.00. You get 1 free table runner with the order of 10 chair covers . To my disappointment I did not received them and used 2 extra chair sashes instead.
Linens came in a beat up box that I could not reuse for the shipping back . Also I managed to lose the shipping back label that was included in that box.
Their customer service was great resent me everything i needed. And besides the small negative mistakes - I am really happy since it made a HUGE difference how the room looked !
