We have been customers of Sun Toyota for over 26 years and have generally been treated with respect and kindness. Our Sienna was part of the massive airbag recall and we were given the option to drop off our vehicle and a rental car was provided until the repair was available. Once the airbag issue was fixed, the rude and condescending treatment by the "Top Assistant Service Manager" award winner (not to mention the continuous mistruths spoken by this employee!!), along with the rude and negative attitude by the service department manager, were beyond disappointing. There was a complete disregard towards customer service and/or trying to resolve any concerns I had. Our vehicle sat outside for 10mos and I had asked for the tires, belts and hoses to be checked; I was told they were not authorized to do that, but they could check only the fluid levels in the car and the air pressure of the tires. If I wanted anything else looked at, I would have to pay for it. There are too many erroneous comments made to type here, but suffice it to say, my family will no longer visit this dealership for any of our future car needs (and with two teens ready to start driving, and another one a few years from that, we will be needing cars!)
