I recently used the services of this company for leasing equipment for my small business. I found the process to be fairly straightforward and the rates were competitive. However, I did encounter a few communication issues with the team, which resulted in some delays and confusion. The website was informative, but it could benefit from a more user-friendly interface. Overall, I would say my experience was average. I appreciated the variety of options available, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and website usability. 😐
