Where do I start, with Robert, or Martin, or the installers who made a huge mess in the house, dust everywhere, thinset on the floor everywhere, what made this a horrible experience is that they didn't do the job right and I paid extra money. I didn't believe the other reviews about the hidden charges but it's true, 950 dollars to screw down my already installed subfloor because it's a little squeaky, that's a crime, god it was only a 5x5 bathroom guys, or what about the clean up crew that I have to pay for after you guys left because they were cutting inside the house.
Robert shame on you and Marty shame on you for your unfair business practices. Stop holding money
