I recently ordered a custom-made dining table from this company and overall, my experience was just okay. The craftsmanship of the table is decent, but the finishing isn't as smooth as I expected. 😐 Communication was also a bit lacking and the delivery took longer than I was initially told. On the positive side, the design process was interactive and fun. The customer service team was polite and tried to be helpful. However, for the price I paid, I was hoping for a higher level of quality and attention to detail. If you're not in a rush and are willing to oversee the finishing touches yourself, you might find what you're looking for here. Overall, it's an average experience.
