Dirty, crowded, concrete sidewalks right up to water. Broken glass in multiple places. Expensive. Hilariously bad.

If you're thinking of going my advice is to go in and check it out before paying and staying. We turned around and left and got a refund and went somewhere else. Maybe next time it'll be better who knows.
