I wanted to drop you a quick line to say THANK YOU. Condo being in the market for 4 months with other agent - it was a really difficult time for us - trying to sell condo and purchase a new home. We switched our realtor to Umer Bhai after the condo had been in market for four months with the other realtor. The condo had lost its image for being in market so we had lost hope -- to our surprise -- you listed the condo and three day later -- it was SOLD. You listened to exactly we wanted in our new home and we found one in a very short period of time. You were so through when you were noticing thing that we probably wouldn't have noticed -- chipping kitchen cup board, size of house being small -- too expensive for the price etc. Something that stands out in my mind that sets you apart from other agents is that how incredibly professional you are. We weren't rushed around or rushed away. You are truly amazing at what you do for a living and made dealing you a pleasure and a wonderful experience. I will recommend you to anyone I know that is interested in buying or selling a home!!!
