Cannot get through to customer service! There is a LOUD buzz during hold times, did someone forget to ensure the phone system is working properly? Why is the leadership of this organization allowed to continue with this poor performance?
There are so many complaints from others. If this was a commercial company, they would be out of business for poor customer service. Why do we tolerate this when it comes to public/government services? We are paying them every month
