this was the highlight of our visit in Paris. we had the 4 course lunch which is really about 10 'courses' when you factor in all the different dishes you get.

the deconstructed onion soup and spaghetti house were our favorites. in addition, we had a kiwi pineapple sorbet for dessert and it was soft, tart, sweet and sour. the presentation and complexity of flavors/textures was spot on.

if you are looking for a fine dining experience in paris this is a place worth considering.
