I recently had the chance to experience Carlauren care, and I must say that I was disappointed. The staff was friendly, but the level of care provided was subpar. The rooms were cramped, and the facilities were not well-maintained. Additionally, the website's claims of luxury and comfort were far from reality. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I cannot rate Carlauren care higher than average based on my experience.
