Their framing services are great, but their customer service needs improvement. I had a couple of issues with my order and had a hard time getting them resolved. However, once I finally got in touch with a manager, they were able to rectify the situation and I was happy with the end result. Overall, I would recommend AC Picture Framing for their quality workmanship, just be prepared for some challenges along the way.
